There is a living room, a separate dining area, kitchen, laundry room with washer/dryer and a half bath along with a pleasant deck and yard. One bedroom with a double bed is on the main floor along with adjoining bath and the other bedroom with a double bed and bathroom is located in the lower level (walkout basement) with good light from windows. The cottage is located on a sand road about 1.5 miles from the Indian Neck beaches and about 5 to 10 minutes by car to Wellfleet Center, the ponds, and ocean beaches. Non-refundable $195.00 Administrative/Security Fee plus applicable state and local taxes. Linen package is available at additional cost upon request.
