Enjoy the screened porch and places for privacy and lots of room to entertain. This comfortable ranch home has a well equipped kitchen and an open floor plan that includes the living room with doors to the screen porch, dining room, and a sitting area in the sun room. There are three bedrooms, One King Master Bedroom with private bathroom, One Bedroom with a full bed and a twin bed, one bedroom with two twin beds. One of the couches in living room has a new Queen sofa sleeper. This home is in a private area, but is close to Route 6 and all that Wellfleet has to offer. Enjoy short walks to Lt. Island Bridge and the island. The Wellfleet Drive In, Marconi, Town Center, Beaches and Ponds are just a short drive away. You do not want to miss out on this home! Non-refundable $195 Administrative/Security Fee plus applicable state and local taxes. Linen package is available at additional cost upon request.

Wonderful house in a great location
This house is beautiful and very well equipped. The screened porch is lovely as is the rambling, open deck. The living room is comfortable and the kitchen pretty well-equipped. Could use a few things, like some sharp knives, but otherwise everything is provided. A short walk to the Lieutenant Island Bridge is wonderful.

Wooded Retreat
We have stayed at this rental three times because it is so pleasant. The house and property are well maintained and tucked away in a quiet area on the bay side in south Wellfleet. We look forward to returning.

Contemporary home in amatirez setting
A well laid out contemporary home with air conditioning, screened in cathedral ceiling porch , master bedroom suite and two other bedrooms, a second bathroom plenty of space for a large family or two families. Unfortunately kitchen minimally equipped and bathrooms provided with half tool of toilet paper

A Wonderful Retreat
The house is lovely and well furnished. Everything is clean and in great condition.Many personal touches around the house; the hosts obviously put a lot of thought into the comfort of their guests. The house is roomy and light-filled, with seating & tables on a screened- in porch & and a large wrap around deck. The location is wonderful. It’s private, on a quiet street and a short walk from beautiful marshlands and Lt. Island Bridge. Easy drive to beaches, restaurants, stores, hikes & everything the Outer Cape has to offer. The property managers are professional & made the whole process of renting, check-in & check-out very easy.
