Pros: The house is affordable and in a great location. The structure of the house is beautiful.Cons: The amenities listed were not entirely accurate or unusable. The listing included "parking" as an amenity- the fine print states parking is available in a public lot around the corner for $25/dayThe Grill is not usable. Both the grill and the propane tank were rusted through and not usable. The kitchen was listed as "well stocked." Multiple utensils as well as tea kettle were rusty and un usable. Condiments were very old- some expired in 2011 or simple did not have lids. The dish rack was rusty. Cookware was dirty and needed to be washed prior to use. The bathroom was very musty. The soap dish was degrading. The toilet was dirty upon arrival. the shower drain does not drain adequtely and the water builds up in the tub during a standard shower. while we understand the house is advertised as "antique," we did not appreciate the moldy duck in the shower. The washer/dryer appeared ok up examination, however, our clothing was stained after using it.An arm chair in the dining room is broken. The house was significantly more cluttered than it appeared in the photos.

Great location! The house was clean, but extremely cluttered! Tables, rooms, cabinets, drawers, etc... to the point that I had zero space to put groceries or our belongings. This made our stay uncomfortable and difficult to relax. Unfortunately for that reason I will not be returning to the location.

The house was beautiful and just across the street from everything down town. We absolutely loved the house and how it was decorated. The patio was amazing for coffee in the mornings. The only downside is parking is non existent so you sometimes have to drive around parking lots until one opens up. Parking was an additional $175.
