There is a full bathroom with tub on this floor conveniently located with direct access to the back door making it easy to shuffle in for clean up after a long salty and sandy day at the beach. The washer and dryer are adjacent to this area. Climb the diamond plate spiral stairs to the next floor to find a cozy desk work station and the master bedroom with queen bed, 34" TV, and ensuite bathroom with a large walk in shower. The top floor holds one bedroom with a queen bed, another room with two twins, and a bathroom with a walk in shower. There is ample parking at this home. There are mini splits in each bedroom for your comfort. Outside you will find an adorable pirate ship play structure for the children or young at heart in your group. There is also an picnic table and some Adirondack chairs for your comfort. Up to two dogs under 25# each allowed for a non refundable additional $100 per dog.
