Watch the sun rise and set over Nantucket Sound from the balcony deck or fall asleep to the sound of the waves. The first floor with its open floor plan offers a spacious living area, a fully equipped kitchen featuring stainless steel appliances, granite kitchen island, first floor master suite with private bath, and ½ bath. The second floor sports another open floor concept with two seating areas, flat screen TV, two guest rooms plus full bath. Return in the afternoon for cocktails in a relaxing chair on one of the two front decks while enjoying the breezes from Nantucket Sound, and watch the horizon deepen and glow into a spectacular sky as the sun sets in. Additional amenities include gas grill and outdoor shower. Non-refundable $195 Administrative/Security fee plus applicable state and local taxes. Linen package is available upon request at an additional cost.

Nice place to stay
The amenities are very good; ac, wifi, well stocked kitchen, bedroom locations, outdoor shower, etc. Location is great for the Rte 28 side of the Cape. Not the nicest beaches within walking distance but Seagull Beach is beautiful and a very short drive. Highly recommend owners replace first floor sitting area with big kitchen table and comfy cushioned chairs. The only table is on the porch and when it rains it is unusable.

Lewis Bay Vacay
We had a lovely time. Would recommend having some paper goods availabIe upon arrival. Also, we were a group of 6 adults and the seating area on main floor was too small for all of us to gather. The addition of an indoor dining table would be great. The upstairs had no blinds and was very hot and bright. Would have loved comfortable outside seating as well. This property is fairly new and the homeowners may just need to add things as they go. I did not get quality linens from the linen service and was very disappointed as we paid a premium. Might think about offering linens themselves.

Somewhat disappointing
The house is beautiful and quiet. Access to the beach very good. The weather was not the best so we had to spend a fair amount of time indoors. We had no internet connection until the 5th day and because the TV was Roku (internet) we also had no TV. Did not like no TV in the downstairs living area. We enjoy watching local and national news but only could get time delayed news. In all our years of vacation rentals we have never been required to vacuum and wipe down counters as this one did.

Owner Response: Candace, I love to hear that you were pleased with the home and the location, we love walking to Lewis Bay ourselves! I’m sorry you saw some disruption with the Wi-Fi. With tropical storm Elsa having just blown through Comcast admittedly had some outages, but I’m glad they were able to resolve the situation for you. Thank you for your suggestion about putting a 3rd tv downstairs in the main living area, that’s something we will consider for future upgrades.New Home with great views
Beautiful new home with gorgeous deck views. Owners did a great job with all the kitchen items and outdoor seating / grill area. Home is just a short walk to the beach. Beach - is a very small area located in the middle of various private beaches; it's a public beach with deeded rights for those that live on the surrounding streets and don't have their own private beach. The beach parking fits 2-3 cars tops and gets crowded during peak hours. Beach has beautiful views of Lewis Bay and all the boats. Home is tastefully decorated with modern décor. Location is very convenient to amenities in the Hyannis area. There is also a large public beach a few blocks over.

Fantastic Getaway in West Yarmouth, MA
We rented a house in West Yarmouth, MA located on Lewis Bay. It was a beautiful new home, with plenty of room and views of the bay. The home was stocked with all the amenities needed for a week away.
