Our beautiful Cape home is the perfect place for family and friends to enjoy time on the Mid-Cape. Central AC throughout will keep all guests comfortable. This single level home includes 4BRs and 1.5BA accommodating up to 8 guests. Tastefully furnished throu hout, there is a comfy living room with ample seating, a perfect spot to relax and watch your favorite sports channel or movie. Prepare a traditional Cape Cod lobster feast - all the supplies can be found in the home (minus the lobsters) in the fully stocked kitchen. There is dining seating for 6. Outside is a large furnished deck, a grill for outdoor cooking, and an outside shower. The house is a short walk down a quiet side rode (4/10 mile) to Parker's River Beach and playground. Parker's River Beach is a beautiful beach on Nantucket Sound -- the water is warm and the sand is soft. The beach is on a mile-long strip of beach that includes Bass River/Smugglers Beach and Seaview Beach. You will find jet ski and parasailing rentals as well as banana boat rides. For those nights you don't want to cook, take the short walk to the Skipper restaurant, right across from Parker's River Beach. Enjoy amazing seafood/cocktails, then hit the ice cream shack for dessert. Within just a few miles you will find numerous arcades, mini golf, restaurants/bars, shopping, boat rentals and more. Check out Cape Cod Inflatable park a unique entertainment option for kids and adults. There is so much to do in this area. Rain or shine your days will be filled with fun and relaxation.
