Cottage 8- Adorable 255 square foot 1BR cottage featuring knotty pine walls, painted pine floors and a wide pine planked ceiling. Entering into this unit you’ll come across a modest living space with comfortable furnishings and kitchenette along the back wall equipped with all cooking essentials to cook your favorite meal. The bedroom is furnished with a high-end firm queen size bed, two small dressers, ceiling fan, and a 13 Flat screen TV. The cottage will also boast a highly efficient ductless central air conditioner/ heater for your comfort. Take advantage of the outdoors relaxing on the two Adirondack chairs provided or using the bbq grill to eat outdoors on the picnic table. After a long day at the beach an outside shower with privacy surround is available for rinsing off. Venture out to the National Seashore beaches less than 3.5 miles or any other bay beaches Eastham has to offer. Monday night concerts at the Windmill are great for family fun nights or enjoy any of our local restaurants. Non-refundable $135 Administrative/Security fee plus applicable state and local taxes.
