It has "ductless" a/c units throughout the house, which cools similar to central a/c. It’s convenient to Orleans, the Bike Trail, the National Seashore Visitor Center, and more. With four bedrooms and three baths, it sleeps up to 8 comfortably. The main level offers a spacious living area, kitchen and one bedroom with a queen sized bed. Upstairs is an additional bedroom with a queen and a twin sized bed. The lower level of the property has the two remaining bedrooms, each with two twin sized beds. **NOTE: Additional, non-refundable fees for this rental are a $75 Processing Fee and a $60 Security Assurance Fee.**
